Positive Affirmations

An affirmation is the action of stating something positively. A positive affirmation is to state something positively, in a positive manner ;). The trick to a good positive affirmation is to basically positive a sentence to death (err. to life I guess to stay with the positive messaging.) Stay away from words like No, Not, and Never. Focus on what you are going to do instead of what you are not going to do.

Here is a running list of positive affirmations to help you get your thoughts flowing:

  1. I am smart, motivated, and do the things I love.
  2. I enjoy eating fruits and vegetables.
  3. I deserve a life free from harmful people, places, and things.
  4. I am beautiful and kind.
  5. I am good at saving money.
  6. I like my unique appearance.
  7. I am an individual.
  8. I deserve love.
  9. I can do this.
  10. I can do challenging things.
  11. I can do things that others think I can’t.
  12. I deserve to do the things that I enjoy.
  13. I am allowed to feel emotions.
  14. I am allowed to let negative emotions go.
  15. I can have the life that I want.
  16. I am allowed to make mistakes.
  17. I am allowed to bite off more than I can chew.
  18. I am allowed to fail.
  19. I am allowed to be average.
  20. I love me.
